Megan Gale

Gale was only 18 when she was 18 when she won a modeling contest in Perth. After years of modelling, Gale rose to fame when in 1999 was cast to be featured in a number of ads for the Italian Telecommunications firm, Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy) and was featured in the commercials of the company from 1999 to 2006.She was also employed as a model by the Australian Tourist Commission in 2003 to represent Australia and Italy'. Gale has graced the covers of Australian Marie Claire and Grazia. Also, she has appeared in Italian Maxim and Australian InStyle. Gale was a model for Italian house brands such as Gianfranco Ferre Genny in addition to Gai Matiolo. She also did runway shows at Milan Fashion Week for Mariella Burani and Angelo Marani. Gale is also a huge fan of numerous Australian designers such as Colette Dinnigan Kirrily Johnsonston, Lisa Ho and Alex Perry. She was also the fashion expert for Australian television's Logies awards in the year 2006. In January of 2008, Gale announced her retirement of runway fashion after fifteen years and walked the catwalk for the final moment a few days later in a David Jones winter collection launch in Sydney. In her final look she wore Wonderwoman's dress from her Justice League of America movie that never came out. The film was released in March 2011.
